REGISTRATIONS FOR CLOUDCATCHER WITCHCAMP 2026 ARE NOW OPEN!

Witches!

We are very excited to announce that Registrations for this year’s CloudCatcher WitchCamp are now open!  We look forward to seeing your lovely faces atop our beloved mountain!

Here are all the details you’ll need to know so you can successfully register for our Camp.

DATES

Campers will arrive up the mountain on Thursday 2nd of April (from 2pm), and depart Monday the 6th of April (approx 2.30pm).

LOCATION

CloudCatcher is held each year on Yugambeh country, in Springbrook, QLD, Australia.

PRICING

Our ticket prices are on a sliding scale of $850-$1000 (there is also a Witchlet price of $650, and limited $700 tickets for folk who take on a specific volunteering role at camp, and scholarships - more info below). Please consider paying what you can afford to support our community and Camp.

We are estimating that the cost of camp, spread across the number of campers, will be $860. This is based on the total cost of previous years and past camper numbers. The final actual cost may be lower or higher than this.

If you can pay at or above this amount, you are supporting us to sustainably keep registration options that are below cost, for those in our community with less financial security.

Other ways to help are sharing our social media, putting up posters (look out for when they're available), and telling your friends and local communities about camp. More campers means a lower cost per person, plus we love welcoming like minded people to our community!

A $150 deposit is required upon registration. Due to our upfront costs, we cannot provide refunds unless the Camp is cancelled. Alternative agreements may be reached on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Organisers.

Scholarships

As always, we can offer payment plans and are offering a number of scholarships to ensure that as many witches as possible are able to come to Camp.

Travel Scholarships

We are offering a limited number of travel scholarships of $100 off the price of a ticket to people who may be travelling from a significant distance, including overseas and interstate.

$700 Specific Role Scholarships

We have identified 6 roles at Camp that require substantial attention and we are offering a reduced price to honour the labour involved. These roles especially suit people who have attended camp before but if you are a new camper please be in touch to ask more about what these roles involve.

Partial and Full Scholarships

We offer a limited number of partial or full scholarships based on funds raised at Camp in 2025 and during the year specifically for this purpose

To apply for a scholarship, please send an email to ccwcorgs@gmail.com with 'SCHOLARSHIP' in the subject header, letting us know any information you feel is relevant to why you are applying for a scholarship.  You might like to include your connection to this year's theme and story, any offerings you currently make to community, and if you are a long time or new CloudCatcher camper. We particularly encourage First Nations people, People of Colour, activists, people living with a disability, and those facing financial hardship to apply for the scholarships you may need to attend Camp.

With a partial scholarship, you can apply for a discount of as little as $100 and up to $400 off your selected ticket price. Please consider what you are able to pay and let us know in your email what amount would help you if applying for a partial scholarship.

Please understand that we will do our best to support everyone being able to come to Camp, but applying does not guarantee we will be able to offer you a scholarship at the amount you ask for, or at all.

Accessibility

We strive to operate in a way that supports campers’ participation to the best of their personal abilities. Access requirements such as a quiet area, need to sit out a particular activity, being unable to stand long periods, fidgets, assistance moving equipment and dietary needs can and have in the past been supported. If you have any concerns about your ability to access and participate in the Camp environment, please email our Registration Witch, Churaig, at ccwcorgs@gmail.com.

Due to the climate in our venue location, Campers with sensitivity to mould have struggled at times in the past, if you have relevant sensitivities, please be aware before registering and bring any appropriate medication with you to Camp.
