How much does camp cost?

  • What does your ticket include?

    4 nights accommodation.

Vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner - and we can accommodate vegan, gluten-free, dairy free and most specific dietary requirements.

A path with teachers trained in Reclaiming magic that includes daily workshops (check out the "Path" page to see last year's path options). Path is generally 3 hours per day.

Powerful rituals every day carrying us through our story and myth.

    A bardic night.

    A bower space.

    An art space.

Optional offerings: workshops, talks, and movement offered by community for community.

  • Bring a Witch to Camp!

Every year we run an auction and raffle where members of our community donate to a fund to help bring a witch to camp. At our Odin and the World Tree Camp 2025 we raised $5,462!

We particularly encourage First Nation / Indigenous people; People of Colour; activists; and those who have little or unstable income who may struggle with food, housing, and health to apply for the scholarships you may need to attend Camp.

We provide a subsidy to a number of people who are in need of the extra help. Please see our registration page for more details.

  • What do we budget for?

Your accommodation and food (roughly $430 for each person).

The camp also has some costs shared between attendees to help it run. This is broken down approximately as follows:

Generally 4 full teachers, including international teacher/s. This includes flights, and payments, and camp costs. ($11,790 for 2025). Due to camp running at a loss for the last 3 years we are employing 3 full teachers and cannot pay for international flights for 2026. With these changes, our teacher costs budget for this year has reduced to $8,695. We hope to change this in the future once we are more sustainable, and again pay for international travel and employe 4 full teachers.

Camp costs for 6 organisers, 4 student teachers, Bower anchor and Camp Artist. These are volunteer positions that receive a free ticket to Camp. ($4,380 for Orgs, Bower anchor and Camp Artist accommodation and food)

Pre-Camp Planning accommodation and food: this is so teachers can craft our paths and rituals. ($1,750)

Various Administration costs and fees including Outreach (MailChimp, posters, advertising etc), Insurance, Incorporate Association fee. ($4,600)

Path supplies, Camp supplies, and First aid. ($600)

  • Sliding Scale

The Price categories for 2026 are:

    Sliding scale: $850 - $1000

We are estimating that the cost of camp, spread across the number of campers, will be $860. This is based on the total cost of previous years and past camper numbers. The final actual cost may be lower or higher than this.

    Young Witches/Witches (5-17 years old) - $650

Camp Roles - $700 (see registration page for more details).
