Paths
At the beginning of WitchCamp, each camper chooses a Path to follow through a series of teacher-facilitated processes. Paths are a mix of individual and group work, often including discussions, trance, ritual, journaling, craft and other activities and magical techniques.
If it is your first time at CloudCatcher it is expected that you will take the Elements of Magic Path
(unless you have taken Elements of Magic in the community or at another camp)
Re-wilding the Elements of Magic - plants, animals & ancestors

Magic has always been here on this mighty Mountain of fire, water, wind, stone and spirit.
We walk gently upon the land and listen to the Ancestors. Earth is sacred
We share stories and sing to the wild, weaving lives together. Air is sacred.
We navigate with starlight, raising energy for action. Fire is sacred.
We brew potions with unsettling mastery or perhaps to unsettle mastery? Water is sacred.
With fierce love and laughter, we are a power for change. Spirit is sacred.
Elements of Magic is a core Reclaiming class in the foundational skills of witchcraft, ritual, activism, spells and magic. It is often a prerequisite for other Reclaiming Paths and classes. Elements of Magic is hands on, practical, mystical, magical and fun! All ages and experience of magic are welcome.
We will be connecting with the Elements inside and outdoors, so please bring something comfortable to sit on, a journal, art supplies, water, something warm and outdoor gear.
Land, Sky and Sea: Decolonising Descent and Revolutionary Return
with Raphael and Urania
Walk with Hekate, Torch-Bearer, Discerner of Truth, and Guardian of Thresholds, through a decolonising journey shaped by Land, Sea, and Sky. Hekate, Queen of the Crossroads and Keeper of Keys, walks with us as we descend into shadow, grief, and hidden truths, and rise again into clarity, vision, and action. Hekate opens doors, witnesses our courage, and calls us to confront what has been hidden, carrying the lessons of descent into the work of return and transformation.
Through art, spell work, divination, trance, ritual, and truth-telling, we explore what it means to practise witchcraft on stolen land, to honour ancestral wisdom, and to walk with Hekate on a path of decolonisation and revolutionary action. This is a journey of courage, witness, descent, return, and transformation, a path that ignites spirit, resistance, and radical possibility.
All ages welcome. Elements of Magic is a prerequisite for this path.
Spelling the Language of Witchcraft for 21st Century Cunning Folk

Crafting and casting spells is one of the ancient and enduring artes of witchcraft. Witches across time have asked Hekate to aid them in creating spells of all kinds.
In this path we will call on her power and our own as we unpack the craft of blessing, blasting and binding through trance and ritual, writing, personal exploration, making magical tools and exploring the mysteries, histories and traditions of magic.
We will work with Hekate and magical allies to improvise spells, blending traditional techniques with what we find around us as we interrogate the intention, impact and integrity of spell craft.
We will be working with intense energy and language;
